The regularity of the adjustment is as important as the adjustment itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The duration of each phase is individually very different. Your path to healing is as unique as your nervous system itself!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The longer a complaint exists and the more diverse and complicated your symptoms are, the longer your nervous system needs to stop repeating its old patterns. We will give you an initial assessment at your first appointment in our practice.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1. CHIROPRACTIC ACUTE PHASE: LIFE IS MOVEMENT<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At least two adjustments a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Chronic subluxations have left their mark on the nervous system. Regular adjustments at short intervals are necessary. It takes time for your body to integrate and keep the adjustments. As for your nervous system to restore its capacity for proper coordination of shoulders, back, legs\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It takes time to restore upright posture and flexibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">How long am I in this phase?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In our experience, this phase lasts between three and five weeks. If symptoms have existed only briefly, a faster transition to the next phase is possible.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. CHIROPRACTIC STABILISATION PHASE: HEALING NEEDS TIME<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At least one adjustment per week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In this phase our focus lies on the stabilization of the pelvic girdle and the cervical spine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You will experience more mobility, a more upright posture and fewer symptoms. The acute pain has subsided or disappeared, but can also return for a short time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Your physical and mental well-being increases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The damage to discs, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues begins to heal. Healing and regeneration are processes of cell renewal:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>an old cell dies and is replaced by a new cell. The optimized function of the nervous system will replace the old cell with new, improved functioning cells.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The goal in this phase is to restore the adaptability of your body as well as possible. If adjustments are stopped here, relapses into the acute phase often occur. It is therefore important to follow your individual care plan in your <\/span><span class=\"s2\">PRAXIS F\u00dcR CHIROPRAKTIK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">How long will I be in this phase?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It depends on how long you have had chronic complaints.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3.
